The pneumatic conveyor is provided with automatic suction boom to reach
 the objective suction point for 3 m length longitudinal and 40 with horizontal
 controlled by hydraulic system provided with rotation movement with the
 cyclone to 340 degree and controlled automatically.

 Air Lock Function
 Receive the grains from the cyclone then drop the grains to the tunnel then to the
  receiving hopper and finally to the transporting trucks.

Air Lock description        
 The body made of ductile cast iron to resist wear and shocks .
 The rotating body has 8 rooms with wear resistance bladder.
 Capacity 150 L/rotation .
  Provided with clutch to separate the rotation between the
 air lock and engine in emergency cases.

 

Cyclone operation & Description 
 - Cyclone separates grains by centrifugal force.
 - Cyclone is heavy duty system provided with wear 
    resistance hard ox liner  Cyclone is high efficiency 
    system in grains suctions it rotates with hydraulic
    telescopic boom and suction line.
