Project objective

-     - Increasing the unloading capacity of platform  85/1 to 1200 ton/hr .
 - Adapting platform 85/1 to receive ships up to 70.000 ton capacity
   and 42 feet depth.
 - Accommodating the platform to unload the bulk grains like maize 
  wheat and beans and convey it to the main silos of GCSS at
  Alexandria port through the electronic weighing scale .

  Main Components of the Project

-          -Two mobile Pneumatic unloading evacuators moving on rails with
  total unloading capacity of 1200 t / hr .
 -Two belt conveyor lines with total Capacity of 1200 t/hr  along
    platform 85/1  ( 1&2 ).
 - Two belt conveyor lines Extended to the existing two belt conveyor
    on lines ( 3&6 ) .
 -Transfer Tower with Two electronic accumulator balance each of
   Capacity 600 t/hr .
 - Dedusting System .
 - operation & Control room .
 -Weight of system equipment and steel structure is about 1000 tons .
