4 a Cooperation and Partnership agreement was signed between Petroleum Sector and the A.O.I
         to manufacture the inspection equipment heeded by the Petroleum Companies and to perform                       
         the Overhaul of gas turbines locally instead of making these overhauls outside Egypt .
 

     4 An agreement was signed between the A.O.I, in collaboration with an Egyptian company, and                       
         an English company to assemble and manufacture of tractors and agricultural equipment in Egypt.
         The budget allocated for the production until the end of next December is up to 20 million pounds
         to be increased to 100 million pounds in 2008 to reach production capacity of 5 tractors/day after
         four years.

   4  Gen Aly Rehab, engine factory chairman, announced that engine factory performs the repair and  
           overhaul of aircraft engines for the Egyptian air force specially engines of Mirage5 , C130 , Mig 21 ,
           Alpha jet , trainer Tucano and the Beech craft .
